Activity No.__ : Pakistan-China Iron Brothers Young Artists Exhibition Held in Beijing

In order to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Pakistan and China, a special “Pakistan-China Iron Brothers Young Artists Exhibition” was held for three weeks at Beijing Automobile Museum in August.

The art exhibition was jointly organised by the Embassy of Pakistan, Beijing People’s Association of Friendship with the Foreign Countries and Government of Fengtai District of Beijing municipality. It displayed 400 paintings made by children from several schools of Fengtai District of Beijing Municipality and Pakistan Embassy College, Beijing on different themes to illustrate fraternal ties between Pakistan and China.

During his visit to the exhibition, Ambassador Moin ul Haque appreciated the innovative style and rich imagination of the young artists to demonstrate Pakistan-China friendship. He highlighted the affinity between the culture and artistic style of two countries and its role in solidifying bilateral relations between Pakistan and China. Ambassador stressed that such events were important to pass on the legacy and finest traditions of bilateral friendship to future generations of the two countries.

During the visit, Ambassador was accompanied by the senior officials of BPAFFC, local government of Fengtai District, Beijing Automobile museum, media representatives and Embassy’s officers.
